EZ Banker is your 24-hour connection to Freedom Bank that gives you access to the information you need most often. Call 1 (877) 2BANKER or 1 (877) 222-6537.

In order to gain access to your accounts through the telephone banking system for the first time, please contact one of our customer service representatives during normal business hours.

Getting Started

With EZ Banker you can:

  • Make account balance inquires
  • Listen to your transaction
  • Verify social security deposits, other electronic functions or ATM transactions
  • Make funds transfers and loan payments
Step 1

Call EZ Banker from any touch phone 24-hours a day at 1 (877) 2BANKER, 1 (877) 222-6537.

Step 2

Wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose: To access these selections from the opening menu simply press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone.

Step 3

To access the funds transfer option, you must first complete a “Request for Funds Transfer” form. This form may be obtained at any branch and is for your protection.
